All our products are digital downloads.
Once the payment is completed and the file is delivered/downloaded, it is considered sold.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. Exceptions (Refunds may be considered only if:)
You were charged but did not receive the file.
The file delivered is corrupted or not opening (in such cases, we will provide a replacement file).
The file description was completely different from what you received (very rare case).
